2010 SUMMER SWIM SCHEDULE


 Developmental Level New swimmers, generally 11 yrs. and younger, gaining a basic knowledge of the four competitive strokes, turns and starts.

 

3 days per week, 45 minutes M/W 5:30pm - 6:15pm

 

 

F 5:00pm - 5:45pm

 

White Level Swimmers, generally 12 years and younger, with good understanding of swimming skills. Increased emphasis on competitive swimming.

 

Any 3 days per week, 1 hour M/W 6:30pm - 7:30pm

 

 

T/Th 5:00pm - 6:00pm

 

 

F 6:00pm - 7:00pm

 

Red Level Swimmers, generally 9 years and older, gaining confidence and experience in competitive swimming with a continuing emphasis on basic skills.

 

Any 3 days per week, 1-1/2 hours M/W 6:30pm - 8:00pm

 

 

T/Th 4:30pm - 6:00pm

 

 

F 5:30pm - 7:00pm

 

Blue Level Experienced swimmers, generally 11 years and older, interested in competition and refining basic skills.

 

5-6 days per week, 1-1/2 hours M/W 6:30pm - 8:00pm

 

 

T/Th 4:30pm - 6:00pm

 

 

F 5:30pm - 7:00pm

 

 

Sat 8:00am - 10:00am (optional)

 

Senior Conditioning Experienced swimmers 13 yrs and older wanting basic training. Integrated with Senior level.

 

Any 3 days per week, 2 hours M/W 6:00pm - 8:00pm

 

 

T/Th 4:00pm - 6:00pm

 

 

F 5:00pm - 7:00pm

 

 

Sat 8:00am - 10:00am (optional)

 

Senior Level Serious experienced swimmers 13 yrs and older attending all training sessions.

 

5-6 days per week, 2 hours M/W 6:00pm - 8:00pm

 

 

T/Th 4:00pm - 6:00pm

 

 

F 5:00pm - 7:00pm

 

 

Sat 8:00am - 10:00am
